List of terms and conditions for registration in Holistic Academy

Dear trainee,
Welcome to the Holistic Academy for Holistic Wellness and Quality of Life. We are proud to serve you throughout the duration of your studies with us, and to provide you with the best training service. I ask you to review the list of terms and conditions of the academy and agree to them before completing the registration steps, within the framework of organizing the rights and duties related to registration. In our programs:

1. Registration in any of our training programs means the Academy’s commitment to providing the required training services to you, providing the training material whether printed or electronic – depending on the nature of the training program – and organizing lectures on the announced dates, which you will be notified of either at the time of registration or after.
2. Registration in any of our courses does not give any trainee the right to give his account to another trainee to attend.
3. Registration in any of our courses does not give any trainee the right to publish anything related to the scientific material (lectures – attachments – books).
4. Registration in any of our courses does not give any trainee the right to publish scientific ideas in written or visual curricula without attributing them to Holistic Academy.
5. Registration in any of our courses does not give any trainee the right to request the replacement of any course he is registered in for another course after completing the payment process.
6. After completing the payment process, the trainee has no right to withdraw and request a refund of the amount paid except in a specific case, namely:
7. The trainee has the right to request withdrawal and a refund if he is not contacted by the academy’s staff to activate the course he has enrolled in for a period exceeding five working days. The refund period is 20 working days from the time the request is accepted. This condition is considered null and void in the event of an emergency situation related to a sudden technical defect in the website.

The trainee who paid via installments (Tabby – Tamara – Facilitation – Tailor – Tap – Bank Transfer) pledges that he will continue to pay all outstanding installments due until the full amount is completed, and the Academy has the right to stop the course if he is late in the monthly payment for a period exceeding The five days. If he subsequently defaults on payment, the Academy has the right to completely delete his account and not refund any amounts previously paid to him.
9.  The trainee undertakes to pay all fees due before moving from the status of a current trainee to a graduate.

The Academy pledges that it does not offer any program or course that falls under health training, and there is no program through it that allows the trainee to diagnose, conduct medical examinations or psychological treatment. Rather, the primary role of trainees in professional programs is to support and facilitate the treatment plan determined by the specialized treatment staff.

By agreeing to these provisions, the trainee undertakes that the Academy has clarified to him that the professional training programs do not give him any authority to make changes to the medications or treatment plans that relate to his clients, but rather he is only responsible for setting goals for them and supporting them in their journey.
12. By agreeing to these provisions, the trainee undertakes that the Academy has clarified that joining its professional training programs does not add any new professional classification to the graduate, but rather it only develops his skills and self-performance within the job description.
