Dr. Reham Garash Story
Between traditional, alternative and integrative medicine
Pursuing My Passion:
A Journey in Education and Medicine
My story began when I graduated from high school and was looking for a wonderful education that would give me the ability, after God, to reach my fullest and best potential. I was passionate about science and wanted to learn something that would benefit people
My husband and I went to America to study. I decided to study human medicine and the nature of medical programs in America is 4 years for a doctorate in medicine, but entry is only permitted for those who have completed a bachelor’s degree in science or any other specialty. For my bachelor's degree, I chose to study biological sciences at Queens University in North Carolina

For my bachelor's degree, I chose to study biological sciences at Queens University in North Carolina
During that period, I also learned about the sciences of philosophy, arts, and religions. My experience was very rich, and during my years of study I was able to learn about different cultures and different worlds of people by taking scientific courses in many countries and traveling to countries in Asia for volunteer work.
A Year of Transformation:
Embracing Integrative Medicine and Health Awareness
During that period, my father learned about integrative medicine and the importance of food and alternative medicine in maintaining health and treating diseases, God willing.
My father’s passion influenced our entire family’s health awareness, thanks to God, then his passion for health, his endeavor to learn alternative medicine treatment methods, and his interest in nutrition. Many of our family members have been treated for multiple diseases and we now enjoy health awareness for prevention and survival.
I completed my bachelor’s degree and graduated with honors, thank God, in 2014
I will begin a journey of endeavor through this platform to spread awareness and methods of safe and beneficial alternative medicine. My goal and vision is for us to live a lifestyle that helps us, after God, to achieve wellness in all aspects of our spiritual, psychological, physical, and mental lives. Happiness begins here and now, and within us we find the way to light and wellness. Do not wait for someone to save you, but be the leader in correcting your life and the life of your family so that you can taste the bliss of life and enjoy your days.
2016 Reflections on Impact:
A Vision for Preventative Health
I thought to myself and said: If a quarter of this money and efforts were spent on educating people and protecting them from these diseases in the first place by changing their way of eating and lifestyle, it would be possible to reduce the number of people who would end up suffering from these ills in the first place. Here I remembered the difference that changing our lifestyle and health awareness had made after my father’s experience, and I wished to myself that I could spread this awareness and use alternative medicine tools to reduce people’s need for hospitals and reduce the number of patients with obesity and chronic diseases in our society.
I then went to Poland to complete my studies in human medicine, and God gave us the most beautiful gift during that period.
I completed clinical training in the last year between the states of New York, North Carolina, and California, URMC, UCLA, and UNC Chapel Hill.

And now I have graduated, thanks to God, and studying medicine has only increased my certainty that the human being is integrated, and every organ in him affects the other, and every feeling or pain he experiences has health consequences if it is not dealt with correctly.
